Dragon Mounts: Legacy Mod 1.16.4/1.15.2 is the successor to the original Dragon Mounts created by Barracuda/ATA4. The purpose of DML (Dragon Mounts: Legacy) is that its a simple port of the original dragon mounts to modern Minecraft versions, with a few more changes and fixes.
